2011-12 Scout Registrations
Please get your dues and updated medical form to your Den Leader before the August Pack meeting or submit online. Dues for 2011-12 school year are $42 for renewals, $58 for new Scouts or transfers. You can also order or renew your Boys Life subscription: $12 renewal, $19 for new subscriptions (issues to Dec 2012).
The full medical form is available to fill and print here. Please note Pack 88 only requires sections A and B. However, if your Scout will be attending any Council sponsored camps over 72 hours(R-C, Webelos Encampment, etc), they will also need Part C of the medical form signed by their doctor within 1 year of the camp.
